We have made the decision that with a timely investment into the historic building and programs at 1100 Chapline Street, Wheeling, the YWCA could stay downtown for another 100 years. It’s a wise investment that is critical to filling the needs in the community. YWCA Wheeling sees the value in maintaining our presence in downtown. Our facility is on the bus line offering the possibility of personal growth through the employability of our residents.
